Some time when you use app lockers application to lock the app and forgot the password in that condition use this tricks.
 
You can do that if the settings are not locked.
by some apps like applock .
Go to settings then app permissions ,
and force stop the vault app.
This will stop the app from asking password.
this is first trick if it's not work then Try my second Trick ---
Trick No. 1--------------------------
Follow steps -  
1)- Go to settings
2)- Open App
3)-  Look for your installed security app in.
 4)- your case it is vault
5)- Click to open it
6)- You will see two options uninstall and force stop
7)- Click on force stop to stop the app
Now you are able to open gallery without any password.

Note: this is only for education purpose.
Don't miss use of this tric.

If your settings is also locked than use that second trick.

Trick No. 2 ------------
second trick- 
                           Now check your play Store is locked or not if it's open than .
Search in play Store search bar files by Google .
Google's file manager app in play Store and download it.


Now you need to give the all permission of this app and open it.
Now you can see your all photo and video .
If your play store is also locked than download the file manager from Google Chrome .
